（1）Enrollment procedures:
a. All the customers who are entitled to be enrolled in the VIP club can handle the procedure in local Royalcover shops (exclusive stores) with evidence of purchases on the corresponding day. For more details, please inquire at the shops for issuing VIP cards;
b. In order to guarantee the member rights of VIP customers, please offer your real name, contact number, birthday, E-mail and contact address while filling in VIP member documents.

（2）Service regulations:
a. Your card number is your VIP cell-phone number. You only need to provide your cell-phone number before enjoying all relevant customer privileges;
b. The VIP card is valid around the country and you can enjoy member discounts in all the Royalcover shops. VIP card discounts and privileges do not apply to off-price commodities and large-scale activities (for details, please read notices in retail stores);
c. Points accumulation is restricted to sites where cards are issued.

（3）VIP rights
a. From time to time customer will be able to enjoy the latest exclusive product information and favorable gift coupons;
b. Enjoy free bedclothes experience, free ironing and free exclusive in-store guidance of most effective washing methods;
c. Enjoy double points in the birthday month exclusively;
d. Enjoy VIP appreciation activities exclusively;
e. Enjoy VIP salon and new products press conference exclusively.

（4）Exchange VIP points for gifts
a. Points standard: gain 1 point by spending RMB 10 on products and use 20 points to offset RMB 1;
b. Points are subject to the calculated paid-up amount;
c. Consumption amount during enrollment is included in the points and points merely apply to the sites of the membership;
d. After exchanging points for gifts, deduct relevant points from the total and continue to accumulate the remaining points;

（5）Card number modification
a. If your contact information is modified, you should go to any exclusive store in the site of your membership and fill in the Application Form of Handling VIP Cards so as to enjoy member rights in a timely manner.

（6）Supplementary articles
a. When the condition of applying for, changing, or upgrading VIP cards becomes invalid because of changing or refunding goods, the VIP card handled by you will be taken back.
